All the fees are taken out of your monthly payment so you will Never receive a bill from IVA Northern Ireland. Unlike some other IVA companies we DO NOT charge any upfront fees for IVAs. How IVA Northern Ireland set up an IVAWhen you get in contact with IVA Northern Ireland we get a break down of your current situation and can decide at that stage whether or not an IVA is a suitable debt solution for you. If you agree that you would like to move forward with an IVA application we will then start working on your IVA case. Our Insolvency Practitioners will nominate your case for an IVA which means that they approach you creditors and recommend that an IVA is the best debt solution for you. After this your IVA proposal will be drawn up which will outline the monthly IVA payments you are offering based on what you can afford. The IVA will usually last 60 months in which time you will make 60 payments of exactly the same amount. In some cases a Lump Sum IVA may be an option depending on your individual circumstances. Once you agree to the contract of IVA we propose we will then send a copy of it to your creditors for then to accept or reject. If more than or 75% of your creditors, by debt value, accept the proposal your IVA will then be approved and the payments will begin. After your payment plan is complete you will be debt free. |
